The Smart Search option finds the parameter being searched and will be added to the Collection.
Important terminologies when managing this tab:
| • | Metadata Filters - This finds anything with the term typed in the search field |
| • | Source Filters - This feature narrows or widens your search by selecting the Division, Subdivision and Projects |
| • | Collection Filters - This is the location where the engine will search |
| • | Updates - This function gives you an option to manually or automatically update the system upon searching |
