Issue: Unable to upload or download through Aspera Connect.
Solution:
This diagnostic tool is designed to help troubleshoot connection issues for Aspera Connect.
Step 1) Go to https://test-connect.asperasoft.com/
Note: Make sure you have updated version of Aspera Connect, simply click the link "UPGRADE" on the right side of the page.
Step 2) Click the "TEST YOUR PORTS" button at the bottom of the page.
Step 3) You will be prompted to select a file (less than 5mb) to test upload.
Step 4) The results of your test will show on the right side of the window. "Your UDP and TCP connections appear to be working properly."
