Using the System

Familiarizing with the XDAM system interface. Key points of the system are highlighted below.

	Dashboard Tab – one of the view options in XDAM
	Project Info – contains the project data that includes summary of the project, members and notifications
	Project Folders – contains the workflow of a project
	Project Collections - galleries within the project

	Assets Tab - another View option in XDAM. *This is where most of the actions in the software happens.
	Top Tool Bar – actions that can be applied on multiple assets
	Workflow Buttons – Metadata Export, Notify and Shared buttons
	Show/Hide Side Panel button - used to show or hide the side panels - Search and Info panels
	Folder/Collection Panel – galleries of assets within Folder/Collection
	Assets - media files compatible with the system
	Info Panel – contains the Metadata, Version History and Quick Edit tool
