The Project Team window shows the Users and its roles belonging to a certain project.
In this window, you can;
1. Add a new team member,
2. Edit the user and its role,
3. Change the permission of the User and
4. Delete an existing User.
To change the permission of a User;
1. | Click the gear icon . |
2. | Click the "o" beside the User that you wanted to edit. |
3. | Put a check mark on the functions he will be assigned to. |
4. | Put a check mark on the selected access for the User. |
5. | Click Save. |
To delete a User, just click the "x" mark beside the user you wanted to delete.
