The User Roles are based on what the client needs with exception to the Admin role which gets all access. Below are Role title examples:
ROLE TITLE EXAMPLES |
DESCRIPTION |

Administrator |
The Admin will create new users and have access to all projects / tools to assist with user troubleshooting. |
Photo Producer |
Creates Project and assigns users to projects. |
Photographer |
User will be able to upload assets but not edit or delete them. |
Editor |
The Editor will be able to edit and send assets out of the system and create / modify collections for talent to approve. |
Talent |
The Talent role will be able to approve or disapprove (kill) assets . While this is an example, it is also a pre-configured role within XDAM system. |
