  • SmartSheet (X-DAM has done away with the traditional “support ticket” favoring a “Smartsheet” approach.  all issues are tracked with transparency giving you clear insight and tracking)
  • Weekly Meetings (Weekly meetings are setup as we map out your X-DAM needs. After launch, we continue those meetings transitioning into training sessions for your team. And remain 100% available, as needed)
  • Triage (X-DAM support uses a 3 tier “Triage” approach to any issues reported in order to maximize efficiency to resolve issues based on urgency levels)
  • 100% available (There is no cloaking behind email, we are available by Phone, email and screenshare to understand and define issues, live, through XDAM’s “Live Support Lounge”)
